Single use plastic

The Single-Use Plastic Facilities Registration Module is part of Egypt’s Waste Information Management System (WIMS). The module enables facilities involved in the production or import of single-use plastic products to register their activities in accordance with national waste management regulations. It operates under the supervision of the Waste Management Regulatory Authority (WMRA) and aims to enhance transparency, ensure regulatory compliance, and support effective monitoring and reporting of single-use plastic flows across Egypt.
